A specialist laboratory complex for the Ministry of Petroleum, built to exacting technical specs
The petroleum laboratories complex for Sudan's Ministry of Petroleum — a specialist testing facility for the oil sector at $7.4 million, with modern glass facades and landscaped grounds.
Laboratory buildings are a construction category of their own: fume extraction and ventilation, chemical-resistant floors and benches, and precise lab-services networks — delivered in coordination with the ministry's technical bodies.

Reconciling strict laboratory requirements (ventilation, chemical resistance, precision networks) with a fixed government schedule, and coordinating with a technical end-user holding detailed requirements for every space.
Regular coordination workshops froze requirements before execution; approved samples for every specialist material; and lab systems installed by specialist crews under unified supervision.
