Twin towers with a distinctive architectural character in central Khartoum
Al Jawhara — twin towers rising over fifteen storeys in signature red brick, combining residential and commercial use at a $14 million development value.
The project showcases our developer-builder model: high-rise concrete structure, vast brick-facade works, and precise coordination of two adjacent towers rising in parallel.

Raising two high-rises in parallel on a congested urban plot: repetitive lifting and pouring at increasing heights, a site too tight for storage, and vast hand-laid brick facades demanding consistent quality.
Cyclic pour scheduling with climbing formwork and shared tower cranes, just-in-time supply eliminating storage, and trained facade crews working to approved samples across the full height.
